I’ve walked this path too…
At the heart of my work is a simple belief:
Your life is yours to design.
Not through reinvention or fixing what isn’t broken — but through deeper understanding, thoughtful reflection, and intentional choice.
My role is not to provide answers or formulas.
It is to create the space where clarity emerges — where values become visible, decisions feel grounded, and the next chapter begins to take shape naturally.
This work is a conversation. A partnership. A process of remembering who you are beneath expectation, achievement, and noise.
A Career Built on Achievement — and Questions
For more than two decades, I built a successful career in corporate leadership, high-tech sales, and strategic consulting. I worked in fast-moving, high-pressure environments where performance, results, and resilience were expected daily — while also raising my two children as a single parent.
From the outside, life looked successful.
Inside, I began asking a quieter question:
Is success enough if it no longer feels aligned?
That question changed everything.
Designing a Different Life
My own transition didn’t happen overnight. It unfolded through reflection, courageous decisions, and a willingness to step away from paths that no longer felt true.
Over time, I began integrating deep inner exploration with practical frameworks for intentional change — including the Life Design tools developed at Stanford University, alongside transformational coaching methodologies and insights from contemporary psychology and human development.
What emerged was not a rejection of achievement, but a more integrated way of living and leading.
A life designed consciously, step by step.
The Work I Do Today
Today, I work with individuals, leaders, and organizations navigating moments of transition, when success alone no longer answers the question of what comes next.
Together, we:
clarify values
explore possibilities
navigate change thoughtfully
and design futures aligned with both ambition and authenticity.
My approach blends strategic thinking with deep reflection, combining life design tools, leadership experience, and nature-based insight to support sustainable transformation.
A Life Still in Motion
After several years living and traveling throughout Europe, I have returned to Canada’s West Coast — bringing global perspective, lived reinvention, and renewed purpose back into my work with North American leaders and organizations.
When I’m not coaching or facilitating leadership work, you’ll likely find me walking — in forests, along coastlines, or on long pilgrimage routes such as the Camino de Santiago — where many of life’s clearest insights tend to appear.
This life — spacious, intentional, and deeply fulfilling — wasn’t accidental.
It was designed.
And now, I help others do the same:
to create lives and leadership paths that feel as good on the inside as they appear on the outside.
Aligned. Grounded. Wildly their own.
With gratitude,
Richara
