Path of the Wildheart

You have climbed
every mountain
you set out to.
Now what?

For accomplished women who have built the life — and feel the quiet ache of something still missing.

Begin the conversation

This is for you

The career.
The credentials.
The life that
looks right.

And still.

“I should be happy, and I am, but…
there is a longing. Something unfulfilled.
Something missing.”

You are not broken. You are not ungrateful. You are a woman whose inner life has been waiting patiently for the outer life to stop running so fast.

This is where the real work begins. Not more achievement. Not reinvention. Remembering. Deciding what you want your life to be about — and how you will actually live that.

Through deep coaching, nature-based practice, and the kind of unhurried conversation that changes how you see yourself — we find out what your one wild and precious life is actually asking of you.

Ways to work together

Two ways to
begin.

Both rooted in nature. Both designed for the woman who is ready to stop performing and start remembering who she actually is.

About Richara

Thirty years in the
arena. Now guiding
women out of it.

I spent three decades in corporate — from entry level to VP in the challenging, highly competitive world of high tech. My career spanned publishers, channel partners, and consulting firms. I know what it takes to climb that ladder. And I know what it costs.

I know what it is to achieve everything you set out to. And I know the quiet bewilderment of realising it isn’t enough.

My approach is solution-focused — the Erickson way. I don’t tell you what to think. I ask the questions that help you think better. The answers you find that way are the ones that actually stick.

I have guided clients through pilgrimage on the Camino Português Coastal route and the Via Francigena. The Camino del Norte I walked alone — which taught me things about solitude, endurance, and trust that I carry into every coaching conversation.
