Light through the forest trees on a BC trail

A 1:1 Self-Leadership Container

Kintsugi
Leadership

Not to fix what’s broken.
To fill the cracks with gold
and build forward from there.

Begin the conversation

This is for you

She has achieved
everything she
set out to.

And still.

“I should be happy, and I am, but…
there is a longing. Something unfulfilled.
Something missing.”

You have the career. The credentials. The life that looks right from the outside. And somewhere in the middle of all that achievement, something essential got quietly set aside.

You are not broken. You are not ungrateful. You are a woman whose inner life has been waiting patiently for the outer life to stop running so fast.

Kintsugi Leadership is where that conversation begins.

The container

Three months.
Three movements.
Nine sessions.

A structured, unhurried container for the woman who is ready to stop performing and start becoming.

01
Discovery

Naming the ache. Seeing the gap between the performed life and the felt life. Understanding what got buried, and when.

02
Reconnection

Back to the body. Back to nature. Back to the values set aside in the climb. Back to what makes you feel alive.

03
Design

Building the life forward from the reconnected self. Not returning to who you were. Becoming who you actually are.

The rhythm

Three sessions each month — 60 to 75 minutes each — followed by one integration week. The work doesn’t stop when the call ends. It deepens in the quiet between.

The methodology

Deep coaching woven with nature-based practice, embodied reflection, and Positive Intelligence. Grounded in ICF PCC-level coaching, Stanford Life Design, and Erickson methodology.

The walk practice

The forest is part
of the work.

Every integration week, you walk. Not to clear your head — to listen to it. When your feet are moving and the noise settles, something surfaces that a desk and a screen never quite reach.

You bring one insight back. Just one. Sometimes on video, sometimes in words. That single thread becomes the opening of our next conversation.

If you are local to Port Moody, some of our sessions happen side by side on the trail. If you are anywhere in the world, your forest — whatever that looks like — becomes part of the container.

“Walking with Richara… she led the way on a path of inspiration and exploration, helping me appreciate my journey and connect with a deeper sense of purpose.”

— Amber T.

The investment

What this costs —
and what
it returns.

The women who do this work are not looking for a quick fix. They are ready to invest in something that will change how they move through the rest of their life.

This is that investment.

A discovery call comes first — always. If we are not the right fit for each other, I will tell you honestly.
