The journey

Nine Zoom sessions and four in-person hikes across three months. A container that moves between screen and forest — deliberately, rhythmically, together.
Naming what is actually driving you. The ambition, yes — but also what is underneath it. What you are chasing, and what you believe it will finally give you.
Stopping the fight with the question. The ache is not a weakness to push through. It is information. Your inner life asking to be included in the decisions.
Moving forward with intention. Not abandoning the climb — choosing it consciously. Building the life and the career from clarity rather than default.
The rhythm
Trail and screen.
In perfect balance.
Every month follows the same intentional rhythm. Three weekly Zoom sessions to go deep into the work — then a group hike in the Lower Mainland to integrate it in your body, on the trail, side by side.
The cohort opens together on a trail and closes together on a trail. Four hikes in total. Nine online sessions in between. A container that moves between the screen and the forest deliberately.
Something shifts when women walk side by side. The conversations go deeper. The defenses come down. The insights arrive differently when your feet are moving and the trees are listening.
